Our goal is to not only make your life easy, but to make you the hero of the event by providing an amazing experience and actionable takeaways so your audience will be thanking you for years.
1. Check Richie's Availability
Either click here to fill out the form or call (702) 706-6436 so we can learn more about the details and the goals of your event. We will help you determine if your event is a good fit and confirm Richie’s availability.
2. Book Richie
We will send you a proposal with the packages that align with the goals of your event. You can easily move forward by selecting the package and executing our digital agreement with an E-signature. Once the agreement is executed, a prompt to make the down payment via check or credit card will appear. To secure a date on Richie’s calendar, a non-refundable 50% deposit of his fee is required.
3. Access Your Client Portal
Our team will send you access to your custom client portal where you will be able to access the fully executed agreement, your invoice, the package you selected, promo videos, marketing materials, Richie’s bio, and all of the necessary documents needed for your event in one easy to manage place.
4. Event Strategy Assessment & Call
Inside the client portal is where you can complete the event assessment and schedule your pre-event call with Richie. The call will help him gain insight on your audience, sales process, organization, competition, challenges, event objectives, and event theme. Using this information, Richie will prepare a customized program that is personalized to help you achieve your event goals.
Richie will arrive the day before the event to allow for early sound check if needed and for adequate time to go over any other elements of event production to ensure an amazing experience.

As the perfect gift, many of Richie’s clients want their audience to take the message home after the presentation. As an additional add-on, everyone on your team can take home a personalized and signed copy of Richie’s book specific for each audience member.
